4. API Usage Guidelines

- Base: 60 requests/minute
- Pro: 300 requests/minute
- Enterprise: Custom limits
Implement exponential backoff for errors. Do not retry rapidly.

- Use webhooks instead of polling

5. Content Standards
When using webhooks, alerts, or dossiers, do not include:
- Defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
